I am running in the 2017 Boston marathon on behalf of the Lingzi Foundation on Monday, April 17th. I am hoping to raise $5,000 for the foundation. Please read more about me below and if you would like to contribute toward my run for the Lingzi foundation, click on the donate button below:

I graduated from Boston University majoring in Economics. I developed my interest in long distance running in junior high school. Before I decided to be an amateur in running, I trained for Orienteering in junior high school and joined several Orienteering matches. Orienteering is a sport that requires using a map and compass to navigate from point to point in diverse terrain, and requires both speed and endurance. After noticing my endurance in long distance running, I began running marathons. It was different than training to win the first prize at the women’s 800 meters in my city, training for marathons requires more time and confidence. With help from my coach Jenny, I finished my first Boston Marathon on behalf of the Lingzi Foundation in 2015. From then on, I also finished the B.A.A series, which includes 5K, 10K and half marathon. Today, I’m honored to be selected again and I will definitely try my best on this new journey.
